With over thirteen years of experience, he has extensive knowledge in all aspects of acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial properties!
Tim possesses a successful and diverse background in start-ups, mature industry management, new market strategies, research & development, and strategic alliances! Before beginning his career in real estate, Tim was the owner and CEO of three large greenhouse plants in the Essex County area! With sixteen acres of greenhouse production and twenty-five acres of outdoor bedding plant production, Tim provided exceptional products and customer service to his clients across North America for thirty years! These companies consisted of over two hundred employees and forty tractor trailers, giving them the ability to service all major big box stores!
Tim completed the Business Administration program at St. Clair College in 1980 with a major in Marketing, garnering certificates for both Industrial and Human Relations. He has completed and maintained his Real Estate License with OREA for over 13 years, and actively participates in numerous business and networking events throughout North America! In addition, he has taken many personal development courses such as the Dale Carnegie Program and the McGrane Institute Program, that have contributed to his exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills!
